Apply to brand trademark, serial number, date and etc information on the tire.
Arrange thee matrix which will be branded in order and put into the "T" slotted (available to 10 matrixes to 1/2 brander; 20 matrixes to 1/4" brander) to preheating 10 minutes. and then it can reach the branding temperature it needs. Aim at the area which will be branded on the tire to press down, it will have the branding depth over 2mm after 2-3 seconds.
